Terms and refund policy

This is a plain-language draft. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

Points research

  • To start a request you pay a $50 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Award availability depends on what airlines and hotels release, and sometimes nothing suitable is available for your dates, points or destination. I will do my best to find you a strong option, but I cannot guarantee one. If I cannot find a deal, your deposit is not refunded.
  • If I do find a deal and you go ahead, the deposit is credited toward the final price of the service.
  • You will receive 1-3 itinerary options by email within 72 hours of your request being submitted and the deposit being paid.
  • Once you choose an itinerary, I walk you through booking it yourself by email. I do not book travel on your behalf and I do not have access to your loyalty accounts.
  • The balance is due after your trip is booked and is paid through your account on this site.
  • Availability and points prices change often. I cannot guarantee that an itinerary will still be available when you book.

I share information and research about points, miles, and travel redemptions. I am not a licensed financial advisor, and I don't recommend credit cards. Any decision about applying for or using a card is yours to make.
